As all timber frame components are manufactured under factory controlled conditions prior to delivery on site, the timber frame structural shell can be erected and roofed with felt and tiling battens within days. We provide you with a window schedule to enable you to pre-order your windows. As soon as these are fitted, your house is weather proof, thus allowing internal and external trades to work at the same time. The speed of erection reduces the amount of capital tied up in the work, reduces the interest charges and increases profitability. A house can be fully furnished and ready for occupation in weeks rather than months.
We are also now in a position to offer you the latest closed panel technology to help make your project run even smoother.
With the new EU Directive now law in Ireland, this will lead to energy ratings (BER) being required for all buildings. We have an in house fully trained BER assessor who would be happy to go through your plans and give you any advice that may help you achieve a higher rating. Timber Frame houses will inevitably become more attractive to prospective customers than conventional masonry houses, thus leading to quicker sales and higher sales prices
